“I tried using all my acquired knowledge and wisdom over the years, but my weight acted like a staunch rebel and refused to buzz. I opted for an elective Angiography procedure to rule out doubts about my cardiac health on the 17th of March, 2020 and was released from the hospital on the 19th of March, much to my relief or dismay, with two stents in one of my arteries. I was perturbed. Little bit of usual life stress and majorly the weight appeared to me personally the biggest culprit here. 

I was never convinced about starving or even intermittent fasting methods and was looking for some way that can be followed in one’s usual lifestyle. It was already 4th April, 2020. I spoke to Dr. Anju Sood and requested her to help me. Since I live far off from Bangalore in Lucknow, we connected through phone and emails.
